CIPOLLINO APUANO is excavated from the Apuan Alps, a mountain range close to the tirrean coast. The quarry named Pendia-Tana is considered unique in the world for the characteristics of its material.
Most of the excavated material is cut in square blocks of 330/250x150/140x150. The residual production consists of roughly squared blocks.
The slabs and tiles are best employed for floors and wall extremely fine and appealing. The Cipollino Apuano is a ductile material which also lends itself ti thicker works such as tables, columns, pillars, tops as well as wash basins and sinks.
